The several Major Will cause for Baldness

The several Major Will cause for Baldness

hair loss

Let’s face it, we live in a pretty crazy world. We are always in a hurry, and most of the times forget about ourselves and our body’s needs. That’s when different problems start to arise, and sometimes we realize when it’s a little too late.

In this case, since we are focused on your hair, have you noticed a change lately in your hair, its amount, its texture, its color? Does it seem to shed more than the usual? Well I have some good news and no so good news. The good news, everything is treatable (if you choose to do anything about it of course). The bad news, you might be falling in one of the 3 major causes of hair loss:

Stress –

Did you know that every minute you are angry or worried, you lose 60 seconds of happiness AND about 10 strands of hair. Interesting huh?! There is no reason in the world why you should be stressed out. Remember, there is always someone in a much worst situation than you are, so whenever a stressful situation arises, pause for a second, take a deep breath, and ask yourself “is this really worth it?!” OR, “what’s the worst that could happen?!”

Stress causes the hormones in the body to overproduce themselves and therefore a lot of body cells suffer and die.

According to a research in the faculty of medicine of the University of Toronto, stress is the major cause to all diseases and illnesses in the body. And yes, hair loss too.

In order to avoid stress or cope with it when it comes, find some ways or hobbies that make you happy. Every time you feel any negative emotions such as stress, anger, depression and so on, get up on your feet and force yourself to do it. For example, go for a long walk, read a book, watch a funny movie, clean the house, exercise, blast the music, dance, and sing out loud, laugh for no reason and so on.

There is a very interesting fact that was found by scientists. They found that our mind cannot hold to thoughts in our mind simultaneously. Therefore, whenever you focus on something happy and productive, there is no way that stress, anger, or sadness can occupy your mind at the same time. Besides, life is too short right?! Enjoy it.

Nutrition –

Or shall I say nutritional deficiency. This is the second major cause of hair loss (and of course the beginning of many other problems). Our hair, like every part and cell in the body is connected to the blood stream. So anything you eat (or don’t eat), affects it directly and immediately.

“We are what we eat”, I am sure you heard that before.

For healthy hair growth, a variety of nutrients are required such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin D Niacin, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Iron, Zinc, Protein, Essential Fatty Acids (Omegas), Silica, Magnesium, Sulphur and Germanium.

These supplements exist in many fruits, vegetables, and other fortified products. However, you will need to eat a really great amount in order to supplement your body the way it really need to be supplemented. Therefore, if you are worried that you are lacking some of these very important vitamins and minerals, I would suggest that you do a blood test to check which ones exist in your body in a non-sufficient amount. And then work towards filling up those reservoirs by taking external supplements in a form of a pill or liquid.

I definitely recommend that you add these vitamins to your diet and daily routine.

Other than taking supplements you should definitely consider changing your eating habits. Try to avoid anything that is processed, fried, or genetically modified. Stay away from food additives, salt, sugar, preservatives and any other ingredients that you don’t even know their meaning.

Eat these super foods regularly, and your hair, skin and body will be grateful:

Blueberries, Sweet Potato, Tomatoes, Wild Salomon, Lentil, Oysters, Walnuts, Almonds, Chia seeds, Kale, Spinach, Avocado, Radish, Carrots, Oats, eggs, beans and lean meats.

Don’t forget that drinking plenty of water is also crucial for a healthy body. 8-10 cups daily is a must for good health, hair and skin.

Hormonal Imbalance –

I know! You are probably thinking “How am I going to avoid that?” or “How can I control my own hormones?”

You may not be able to avoid the hormonal rollercoaster, but you can definitely make it a little more manageable by simply taking the following steps:

Cut down on the Caffeine & Alcohol
Get enough sleep (6-8 hours at least)
Eat a well-balanced diet
Exercise regularly (even a 15min walk helps)
Add coconut oil to your diet
Cut down as much stress as possible, by doing things that make you happy

Sounds simple right? Not so fast. It is simple only after it becomes a regular habit of yours. But they say that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, so why don’t we start taking little steps at a time by changing our daily routines, and most importantly, stick to those changes and follow through.

Your life will simply become magical after improving on these 3 subjects:

Your stress level, your diet, and your hormones.

You will become much more energetic, feel healthy, and will defiantly look healthy.
